I am in lvl 3 in gymnastics ( i should be in lvl 4 but since i don't have my back handspring i can't go) and my teachers don't let us use the normal vault, they make us use a large mat. this seems to give me problems when i try and pop my shoulders and hit handstand, it sinks far enough for my bo...
